F1tX ("we", "us", or "our") is a fitness tracking app developed by Daily Productive Apps. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.
Account information. If you choose to create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely via Firebase Authentication). Email verification is required to sign in.
Fitness & health profile. The app collects information you enter: age, gender, height, weight, body type, fitness goal, diet preferences, activity level, and daily logs (steps, hydration, workouts, mood, journal entries). This data is primarily stored on your device and synced securely with our Firebase servers.
Generated plans. Nutrition and workout plans are generated on-device or via secure internal logic. No data is sent to external AI services without your explicit consent.
Firebase Authentication & Database (Google LLC) is used for account creation, sign-in, and cloud synchronization. Firebase may collect your email address, IP address, and interaction data. See Firebase Privacy.
Google AdMob (Google LLC) displays ads within F1tX. AdMob may collect and process:
Apple Sign-In is offered for iOS users. Apple provides a unique user identifier and may share your email based on your choice. See Apple Privacy.
F1tX offers optional paid subscriptions (F1tX Premium). Subscriptions are processed through the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store). Manage your subscription via your store account settings.
You can delete your account at any time within the Profile settings. Deleting your account will remove your data from our active Firebase databases within 30 days. Local data is removed when the app is uninstalled.
F1tX is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will promptly delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
